This senior affordable housing community is a $19M development consisting of a 101-unit high rise operating under a project-based Section 8 HAP contract. This property was built in 1982 and acquired and rehabbed in 2017 with the allocation of $5.5M in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).

The rehabilitation included a complete renovation of the exterior and interior of the building. The exterior received a new porte-cochere, foam roofing, raised garden beds, dog park, barbeque area, and a new community center with a state of the art kitchen and all new furnishings. The interior of the building and units received new vinyl plank flooring, new fixtures, new paint, and upgraded kitchens and bathrooms.
